5/13- Rode almost up to Valley Forge from West Philly via the Schuylkill River Trail. 40-ish miles total. Then on to Dr. Dog at the Electric Factory.

4/2-Rode 30 miles to the Conshy train station and back to West Phil. First time back on the bike for the season in unbelievable 75 degree weather. On to Making Time to see Girls, my new favorite band. Life is good:)

orchestra at the kimmel center

Thurs 10/29- Got tickets from Veronica for the Philadelphia Orchestra at the Kimmel Center. It was amazing. The score was Stravinsky, Scherzo fantastique; Tchaikovsky, Violin Concerto; Prokofiev, Symphony No. 4. The solo violinist for the concerto was Sergey Khachatryan, a 24 year old from Armenia who played his instrument with more life and fire than anything else I have ever had the pleasure to witness. Enough said.
