it was a 3-day weekend

10/17-10/19/2009- The weekend that almost never was............. we got sidetracked on our original anniversary Labor Day weekend, and had been trying to find a weekend that wasn't completely booked up to just laze around. The chili-cook-off got rained out, and the "3-day weekend" was finally here............ I baked a cheesecake, drank Belvedere and ate parano, learned some guitar chords, watched Thrashin', cleaned the apartment, went to dinner at Honey's, took a bubble bath, drank whiskey, watched the Flaming Lips: Fearless Freaks, wrote the 1-year plan, cooked a whole chicken, went to the Ritz to see A Serious Man, and ended on a Sunday night as happy as can be...
