bike ride

Rode 44 miles yesterday 10/5 from the Brandywine River Museum to Marsh Creek. Stopped at Victory Brewing for some Golden Monkey and then back on the bike for the last 15 miles. I am amazed.

Save the bees for next time.

Last night I went out to meet up with some of my girlfriends after work for drinks. We wanted to catch some of the debate, but we were still hanging out, so I asked the bartender if he could change one of the TV's. He complained, said people were watching the game and would be mad. Finally he complied, and as soon as he changed the channel everyone in the bar crowded around us to watch. It turned into an interactive commentary with 15 or so people for the entire debate . It was awesome.

my cookies

Last night I decided to bake some cookies for Foxy. It seemed like the most appropriate thing for me to do.

When she looked at them, she burst out laughing, and said "damn, girl , that's about the closest thing one of those is gonna get to my mouth!". Little Larry called her a little while later, and she said to him "mmm, mmm, mmm, guess what I had today, some cookies", then she started laughing again, "oh yea, my girlfriend made me some cookies, and they are in the shape of a wee-wee!" I was almost dying of laughter. And then another one of my co-workers walked in, became really confused, and walked back out again. It was so worth it.
