The all-homemade-pizza-diet called for some variety. Behold the pizza burrito; otherwise known by its more common name, the stromboli.

Funnily enough there is a chain of Pizza Houses in Madrid Spain called Pizza Burrito, that serve great traditionally made pizza. "Burrito" in spanish means small donkey !! They don't do this particular recipe, but does look good. If you ever make it to madrid, do try us out, or take a look at the web at www.pizzaburrito.es (in spanish)
